Zhongshan Taiming Metil was established in 2006. We specialize in producing various kinds of fasteners for furniture, appliances, sanitary ware, garden tools and car and motorcycle wheel screw accessories. We have worked with several huge companies such as Midea, TCL, TTI and GGP. We have also been working with several of our stable suppliers for over five years.
We make sure that all manufactured products strictly comply with the standards of GB, DIN, ANSI, BSW and JIS. We are RoHS, ISO 9001:2008, REACH and SGS certified.
We have two factories covering an area of 20,000 square meters that house over 100 skilled workers. Our manpower includes 10 R&D staff that has an average of 10 years of work experience, five sales staff with an average of four years of work experience and three quality staff with an average of three years of work experience. Our R&D people are able to design and produce 30 new products monthly. We allocate $20,000 to R&D projects every year to ensure that we are able to provide our customers with quality products.
Our production capacity is 4,000,000 pieces each month. Our repeat order rate is 95%. We also design and manufacture products according to customer's specification within four to seven days. Our delivery lead time is four to seven days for 100,000 pieces. We give one year warranty to all our products.
